We draft and finalize your Memorandum of Understanding. Tier selection, scope of services, and implementation timeline confirmed in writing.

Your VRC coordinators complete a structured onboarding — platform training, dashboard orientation, and cohort setup for your first semester.

Students onboard, complete their Triple Threat assessments, and activate all three pillars. Dashboard goes live. Program is operational.

What size institution is TRIAD designed for?
TRIAD is designed to scale. Whether your institution has 20 student veterans or 200, the platform adapts. Tier 1 is ideal for smaller programs building their foundation; Tier 3 is designed for large VRC departments that want TRIAD fully integrated into campus operations.
Is there a long-term contract?
Partnerships are structured in academic-year agreements (12 months) aligned to your fiscal calendar. Year 1 includes the one-time implementation package. Year 2+ pricing reflects the retainer-only rate. Multi-year commitments are available with locked pricing.
When are campus visit days scheduled?
Campus visit days are pre-scheduled in your MOU and coordinated with your VRC Director at the start of each semester. TRIAD's available on-campus days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Specific dates are mutually agreed upon at least 30 days in advance.
Can we upgrade tiers after signing?
Yes. Tier upgrades are available at the start of any new academic semester with 30 days' notice. There is no penalty for upgrading — the prorated difference is applied to your next billing cycle.
Is TRIAD compatible with our existing VA certifying tools?
TRIAD does not replace VA certifying or SCO tools — it works alongside them. The platform is designed to complement your existing VA, registrar, and financial aid workflows, not compete with them.
What happens if we're not satisfied?
We stand behind the program. If TRIAD is not delivering measurable outcomes within the first semester, we will work with you to resolve it — including scope adjustment, additional onboarding support, or a revised implementation plan at no additional cost.
